Foundation: Solid concrete slab supports the structure.
Siding: Durable NewTechWood, stucco and metal siding ensures longevity and a modern aesthetic.
Roofing and Gutters: Sleek black metal roofing and matching gutters. Or TPO/EPDM material for the ELIKYA Box.
Metal panels: Standing seam roof system with hidden fastening flange that locks out wind and water.
Utility Connections: Electrical, water, and evacuation connections must be established by the client before construction starts.
Windows and Doors: Fixed vinyl or aluminum windows paired with a patio door and Skylight window. Gray Glass Black metal Tempered with double-glazed side windows available.
Flooring Options: Polished concrete for durability. [Optional Upgrades: Ceramic tiles or vinyl planks for personal style.]
Climate Control: Single-zone mini-split air conditioning for indoor comfort.

Hot Water: 20-gallon water heater for daily needs (Tankless options).

The construction timeline for an ELIKYA Studio may differ depending on the specific studio option you select and other factors like interior customization. Generally, the ELIKYA Studio I, which is 121 square feet, can be completed within 6 to 8 weeks following permit approval.
