Peachtree Corners, Ga. – Sept. 17, 2024 – Peachtree Corners – one of the nation’s first smart cities powered by real-world connected infrastructure and 5G – today announced their collaboration with ELIKYA Studio, the freestanding contemporary studio builder transforming minimum footprint for maximum space to build its first annex unit. This unit will act as a demo unit for the company to showcase to customers and as an additional conference room for Curiosity Lab members.
ELIKYA Studio offers high-quality studios perfectly adapted to meet each space and customer’s needs with studio sizes ranging from 121 square feet to 256 square feet. Embodying Scandinavian design, studios are custom-built to provide unique and functional detached work or living spaces that blend seamlessly with any home/office design.

The 121-square-foot studio at Curiosity Lab features an office space including 5G connectivity for managing connected devices and an ADA-Compliant ramp offering accessibility for all. To highlight the multiple use cases for this design, this studio also acts as an extension of the Curiosity Lab Innovation Center as an additional meeting and conference room for ecosystem members.
